The company's key projects are connected with the revitalization of Trnavské mýto. Over the course of seven years, Immocap managed to recreate the former CENTRAL city spa premises into the first green multifunctional complex in Slovakia with the LEED ecological certificate. The project has earned numerous industry awards, including the Developer of the Year award in the prestigious CIJ Awards Slovakia competition. The project CENTRAL consists of a shopping centre with an area of 39,000 m2 of leasable space, office space with an area of 20,000 m2 and a hotel with 222 rooms under the LINDNER brand. The completion of the project was followed by the restoration of a neglected underpass Trnavské mýto, which the company executed in cooperation with the City of Bratislava.
Currently the company's key project is called the NEW ISTROPOLIS, which will become home to a state-of-the-art convention center and a world-class architecture by renowned architectural studios of KCAP and Cityforster, as well as a leader in designing cultural and concert halls – the British company Charcoalblue. In addition, Immocap has two other development projects in its portfolio. LAKESIDE PARK 2 is currently under construction and will offer 14,370 m2 of LEED GOLD-certified office space on 12 floors. The project MILL will bring the highest standard offices in the Bratislava CBD.
The team under Peter’s leadership have earned a number of prestigious local as well an international awards: Best Overall Development, Construction of the Year, Visio 2020 (Eurostav Magazine Award), Retail Estate 2013 (Best Retail Project & Best Project of the Year Europa Property).
